Everywhere you look you observe opposites: up and down, hot and cold, male and female, and so on. More importantly, for every negative belief, there is a more desirable positive thought. Negative thinking is habit. Since any habit can change then it is possible to turn your negative thinking habit into a positive one. Negative thoughts don’t happen in a harmless vacuum. Whether you are consciously aware of it or not, your body reacts to every negative thought. A portion of this program is devoted to emptying your mind to a state of “no-thought”.
