I wanted to write you a quick note to thank you and let you know how great I am doing. My panic attacks have almost completely disappeared, and I feel happier and healthier than I have in years! I’ve made a few changes in my life, specifically my diet and I try to do yoga and meditation every day. I feel our session played an integral part in helping me get better. Also, the stretches for my back and shoulders that you suggested seem to be helping a lot with my breathing. I’m running better than ever! I did 5 miles last night effortlessly.
